Return Policy

We would be happy to accept any returns in their original condition and within 30 days of delivery. We have the right to refuse return packages if the returned item(s) have been used or damaged after purchase. Buyers are responsible for return postage.

Please note: Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

After we receive your return package at our facility, our Returns Department will inspect and process your return according to the note provided.

Item cost refund: Refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the order. Credit card payments may take 5 to 10 business days to show on your credit card statement.

**If the product is returned damaged or returned after 30 calendar days, you will not be eligible for a refund. The return package will be sent back to you.

Exchange for alternative product (same cost): Your exchange package will be processed, and a new tracking number will be sent via email.
