1. When will you ship my order?

Orders placed before 1:00 p.m. PST are shipped the same day.

Our current shipping time is 1–3 business days.

8. What is the return policy?

We’re happy to accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the items are in their original condition. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns if the items have been used or damaged after purchase. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
